Abstract
Social assistance providers address governmental and non - governmental sector concerns affecting people with disabilities. The writers have outlined some terrain. This study paper examines ground-breaking techniques and initiatives for people with impairments. Regardless of their theoretical direction, the practices and initiatives discussed in this article all contain substantial and observable empirical components. This paper discusses microcredit, community-based evaluations, community-based remediation, self-employment with support, and personalization-enabled technology. The fact that non-governmental organizations have been extremely successful in caring for and safeguarding disabled people is now clear. The report specifically addressed the issue of disabled people in India lacking access to jobs and education. As previously noted, the organization has achieved its objectives through a number of techniques and activities.
