Purpose: The current study aims to pinpoint the management factors that affect construction project management in terms of achieving the project in a timeline. Furthermore, the correlation and regression tests were used to examine the relationship among the study factors. Theoretical framework: A multiple regression was tested to predict the project’s success delivery factors, where three factors have applied for the regression test. The focuses on the project delay factors will on a view that success and progress of work depends on the supported Information, ISO standards, and customer satisfactions to the project success, which is the independent variable for this study, the survey uses Likert 5-point scale. Design/methodology/approach: The research sample is therefore 80 participants. The SPSS program used in this study to evaluate the data obtained, the proper static methods used the correlation and regression tests used in this study. The study will frame a referenced to the project engineers, administrators, specialists, and contractual workers in recognizing the fundamental driver of projects postponement, notwithstanding audit the most cutting-edge methodologies in maintaining a strategic distance from these causes. Findings: The result shows that signify can’t relationship at level the 5% level could be observed in project resources and c capability. On other hand, the important relationship at the level 10% with project efficiency on project have emphasized findings have emphasized the role of the internal environment in controlling the project execution progress, as well as the primary importance of taking into consideration other external factors that related to the project. Research, Practical & Social implications: This study was focus to only three factors from the internal project environment dimensions, encouraging other research in the future to include other factors such as the communication timing. Originality/value: This study was limited to construction companies in Tripoli city in Libya, taking in consideration the higher significant of these companies in the field of construction industry.
